Spring Garden Designs at the Farm

Spring Garden Designs at the Farm

You're invited to join me on the beautiful farm I grew up in Waroona, WA, where I will teach you the true essence of unstructured designs and how we achieve soft flowing and romantic arrangements that have a sense of belonging.

Date:  Sunday, 15 October 2017
Location:  Waroona, Western Australia
Time:  9am till 4pm

You will create a garden style bridal bouquet  from foraged and the best market flowers Western Australia has to offer. Together with my team we will demonstrate a stunning suspended installation learning the latest trends and techniques. Students can join in or simply sit back and take it in.

A rustic style lunch will be prepared for you by Chef Rix McCormack showcasing the finest local produce we can source, whilst sitting at a styled table in the fields where you can relax and get to know one another and just really enjoy the natural beauty of the farm.

The property is used for farming, there is little infrastructure. It's raw and natural, and the perfect place to get away and have a special uninterrupted day just for you.

At the end of the day there will be time to sit and have a group chat where I will openly share with you as much as you wish to know about the industry, my journey as a designer and business owner and the challenges of floristry in Australia and how we overcome this.

Fine Art Photographer Jemma Keech will join us for the day, where she will photograph all students work in a beautifully styled space to allow you to use these images within your portfolio and social media.

All flowers, materials and refreshments throughout the day will be supplied.

The class is suited to all ability levels, particularly those in or considering a career in the wedding industry.

Our day will start at the farm at 9.00 a.m. and finish at 4.00 p.m.

A minimum of 7 students is required for this class to run. In the unfortunate event that this minimum is not met, students will be fully refunded.

Payment plan is available upon request.
